Egg White in a mug
The egg mug may sound strange, but it's a popular meal among fitness aficionados.

Be careful with the cooking time: when overcooked, egg whites become hard and rubbery.
Chop the carrots into tiny chunks and separate the broccoli into flower tops.
Lightly butter a mug and fill it with the vegetables. Microwave them for 30 seconds (800 W).
Stir the vegetables and pour the egg whites on top of them, together with a tablespoon of grated Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave the mixture again for 1 minute (800 W). Remove the mug from the oven and stir the contents again. If necessary, microwave it again for another 20 seconds.
The egg white must become fully cooked and firm. Sprinkle some more Parmesan on top and serve immediately.Buon appetito!
