- Vitamin H (or biotin): helps the proper functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism, and allows to drink the product raw.
- Vitamin D: contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and normal function of the immune system.
- Zinc: contributes to normal cognitive function, normal fertility and normal reproduction, but also to the normal functioning of the immune system.
