An Italian story

The story of Gruppo Eurovo starts with Rainieri Lionello, an entrepreneur from the Veneto region who, halfway through the 20th century, caught a new and unheard-of opportunity regarding egg processing. In 1950, he opened a small company that shelled eggs by hand and froze them.

These were the first egg products created for bakeries and patisseries. The first step of an exciting trajectory that eventually transformed that small family business into a solid group, a leader in its sector in Europe.
